Parents’ Association

What we're about:
We are a group of parents whose sons attend St. Joseph's C.B.S. Primary School. We work with the principal (Ms. Bradley), the staff and the Board of Management to promote the interests of our boys in this great school.
We meet once a month with Mr. Clayton from September to June, from 8.15 p.m. to 9.00 p.m.

What we do:

  • Arranging talks on topics of interest to parents e.g. guest speakers.
  • Channeling parent's views on school policy issues to the principal/Board of Management.
  • Organising fundraising events for the school - Sports Day (June), Christmas Raffle, School Calendar, Theme Days (e.g. non-uniform days - some of the teachers even get involved)
  • Organising an information evening for new parents to the school.
