As part of the Louth Science Festival the boys in R9 were treated to a 3-D printing workshop in Drogheda Library. The boys were extremely interested and engaged in the lesson and as a souvenir we got to take back to school a 3-D printed hand.
A huge thank you to all families who turned out in such numbers to support our first family Halloween Quiz. We hope that you enjoyed the event as much as we enjoyed hosting it. Many hours of hard work and preparation went in to making the event a success from Ms Horan and the organising committee to the Parents Association,Student Council and all staff gave so generously of their free time.
St. Jospephs CBS would like to take this opportunity to offer our congratulations to the Newtown Blues GFC and in particular all our former pupils on successfully defending their title as Louth Senior Football Champions.
In what was an enthralling game the Blues showed great determination to grab the win right at the death.
We look forward to a visit from some of the team and the Joe Ward trophy in the near future.
