Autumn in G2

We have been learning all about Autumn in G2 over the last few weeks. We have learned about animals that hibernate, the changes in the weather and the different types of trees that we have here in Ireland. We have done leaf rubbings and hedgehog pictures. We hope that you enjoy them:)

Our tie giving ceremony.

There was great excitement in G2 last week as Ms. Bradley gave the boys their new school ties. A blend of green, grey and gold, they make a beautiful new addition to the school uniform matching well with the new green jumper. First class were proud as punch to be the first class to have the new tie.

School Stars 2018

Over 40 students from St. Joseph’s C.B.S. auditioned and took part in local talent show School Stars this year, with two acts making it through to the final and performing in front of Louis Walsh. All boys worked really and we definitely have some future stars! Well done to all involved you did us proud:)

School Stars!

A big well done to all the boys who took part in School Stars last night in the TLT. St Joseph’s did amazingly well with four acts in the final- Oliver Clutterbuck, Gravity 56, Fergus Brown and Oisin Dunne! The school won awards for best solo dancer, best instrumentalist and best choir. Fergus Brown also came overall third! So proud of our boys😀
