For an Irish lesson R12 wrote out an Irish letter to Daidí na Nollag.

For music, R12 are singing Lily the pink, We Go Together, Lisa and Be Back Soon from Oliver Twist.

Last Wednesday, R12 went to Drogheda Library to take part in the Go Fly Your Kite Workshop as part of Science Week. Each student made their own kite and got to take it home.

For English R12 did recount writing. The theme was based on a crime.

For art R12 had to include a bottle top in their picture.

This Halloween we made webs, string people and cartoon monsters.

Yesterday was a big day for the school. We received our National flag and a copy of the Proclamation from members of the army as part of the celebrations of the 1916 rising. One boy helped read the Proclamation and six other boys each read a prayer. The school will be writing a proclamation for what they think Ireland will be like in the future.
