Internet Safety Webinars for Children, Parents and Professionals

To coincide with Internet Safety Day, which takes place today 9th February, 2021, Cybersafeireland on behalf of Louth and Meath CYPSCs are hosting a series of three workshops for Children, Parents and Professionals who work with children and Young People.

The first webinar is an  Online Safety Bootcamp for Children (3rd to 6th Class)  at 3:30pm each day beginning on Monday, 1st March and ending on Friday 5th March. The duration of each session is 30 minutes. Details on how parents can register their child are included in the link below:

Also planned is a webinar for parents of teenagers at 7:00pm on Tuesday, 2nd March, 2021. The duration of the session is one hour. Details of  how to register are included in the link below:

Finally, we are running a webinar for professionals on  Wednesday 10th of March 2021 at 3pm. This webinar will be for Youth workers and all those who work with children/teenagers.

School Fitness Ireland have decided to make their online classes 5 days per week available for FREE to every child in the country for the WHOLE month of February. At the moment they are offering:


Gaelic football

Irish dancing

General fitness

and Yo-Gaeil-Ga class. (Yoga as Gaeilge)

Free Online Family Learning Classes

Dear Parents. the local education board are offering to families free online learning classes. e.g. cooking healthy cooking meals for the family, Maths for parents and English as a foreign language for parents.
