Junior Infant Christmas Carols
WE had a lovely morning singing for our families and then watching a superb performance by the senior infants.
Santa visit to R3
There was great excitement when we had a visit from the big man himself!
R3 Christmas Aistear
Santa and his elves were very busy in their workshop all week building and delivering presents!
In the construction area…..
A lego North Pole complete with sleigh..
Busy organising alternative transport for Santa…
Meanwhile over in small world we were busy getting the house organised for Santa and making sure all the kids were in bed early!
In the play dough area boys were very busy making food to leave out for Santa and the reindeers as well as various Christmas decorations.
 
G3’s Christmas Raffle
To end an amazing term, we had a festive Christmas raffle, winning prizes included selection boxes and delicious Christmas puddings(chocolate biscuit cake in disguise!)

The 12 Days of Christmas Exercise Challenge
The class enjoyed taking part in the fun and festive exercise challenge! They worked out at a very high standard! Well done boys! What a way to end the term!!!
G3 complete The Witches
The class enjoyed reading Roald Dahl’s amazing novel The Witches. The descriptions, use of exciting verbs/adjectives in the novel really inspired them when writing their own narratives! 
G3’s Classroom Christmas Concert
G3 were delighted to host a special Christmas concert for their family and friends. The class sang a selection of popular Christmas songs/carols. They also sang Coldplay’s Viva La Vida🎇🎶 They informed their guests of the various topics they studied and even challenged some parents to a game of Hit the Button! 
It was a great success and everyone really enjoyed themselves 🎄🎉👌
