Our Aistear topic this month was ‘At the Doctor’. We had four stations – Socio-dramatic area, construction, play dough and small world. Might there be some future doctors in the mix???

Well done to all the boys, from 3rd and 4th Class, that took part in the interview with Shauna from Today Fm on Wednesday the 6th of November. They represented the school brilliantly and spoke very well, a fantastic advertisement for the school.

The boys in R12 were invited to the town library to meet with and listen to author Michael Smith. Michael is most famous for his works on Antarctic explorer Tom Crean. His most well known children’s book is called ‘Ice Man’. The boys had been reading this book for a number of weeks and had some interesting and insightful questions for the author.
