Primary Language Curriculum Training
We will be closed to students on Friday 15th March 2019 to facilitate staff training.
Please note that this means the school will now close for students on Thursday 14th March at 2.45 p.m. and reopen on Wednesday 20th March at 9.05 a.m.
R3’s Trip to the Post Office
R3 have been learning all about the Post Office during Aistear this month. Today they walked to the Post Office on West Street to buy some stamps and post some letters.
G1 Enjoying Literacy Week
G1 had great fun listening to storyteller Joe Brennan.
Chess Team Wins
Well done to our Chess Team on winning their first match against Gaelscoil an Bhradáin Feasa today.
Aladdin comes to St. Joseph’s
G1 had some time away from their work this week and enjoyed an amazing production of Aladdin.

R6 Attendance Winners Party!
R6 won ‘Best Attendance’ in the whole school for the first term.
They were rewarded with a pizza and movie party!!

St. Joseph’s CBS Golf Classic!!!
We are delighted to announce that we are hosting our very first Golf Classic this year. The Classic will take place on Thursday the 18th of April 2019 and the venue is the award winning County Louth Golf Club or Baltray as it is more affectionately known. A team of 4 will cost €350 and this includes your round of golf plus a meal afterwards.
